2nd speed shifter 20z Pioneer 20, 21, 23

Second speed transfer gear with 20 teeth designed for Jawa Pionýr motorcycle gearboxes. The gear is mounted on the countershaft and works in tandem with the transfer gear (18 teeth) on the main shaft.

This new design features 6 precisely spaced drive pins , ensuring that all pins are engaged simultaneously when 3rd gear is engaged. This is a significant improvement over the original design and provides a much stronger and more reliable connection.
