Babetta 207 gasket set - HYPERSIL HNA - 200

Set of asbestos-free engine gaskets, made of modern Hypersil HNA-200 material. The gasket is designed for Babetta 207 engines. It ensures excellent tightness even at high temperatures and pressures.

Detailed description of function and features:

Hypersil HNA-200 is a fiber-rubber sealing material made of aramid, mineral and inorganic fibers with an admixture of synthetic NBR elastomers. It is oil-resistant and recommended for use in the automotive industry. It provides excellent thermal, chemical and mechanical properties. The seal is most often supplied in green or black.

• Material: Hypersil HNA-200 (asbestos-free fiber rubber)
• Density: 1.7 – 2 gm/cm3
• Maximum continuous temperature: up to 220 °C (short-term 300 °C)
• Maximum pressure: 100 bar
• Compressibility: 7–15%
• Seal thickness: 0.5 mm
• Color: Green/Black (depending on delivery)
