Gasket set SIMSON S51, SR50 - HYPERSIL HNA - 200

Set of asbestos-free engine gaskets, made of modern Hypersil HNA-200 material. The gasket is designed for Simson S51, S53 and SR50 models and replaces the older Klingerite design. It ensures excellent tightness even at high temperatures and pressures.

Detailed description of function and features:

Hypersil HNA-200 is a fiber-rubber sealing material made of aramid, mineral and inorganic fibers with an admixture of synthetic NBR elastomers. It is oil-resistant and recommended for use in the automotive industry. It provides excellent thermal, chemical and mechanical properties. The seal is most often supplied in green or black.

• Material: Hypersil HNA-200 (asbestos-free fiber rubber)
• Density: 1.7 – 2 gm/cm3
• Maximum continuous temperature: up to 220 °C (short-term 300 °C)
• Maximum pressure: 100 bar
• Compressibility: 7–15%
• Seal thickness: 0.5 mm
• Color: Green/Black (depending on delivery)
