This kit is intended for converting the gearshift clutch on the Babetta 210, 225 motorcycle from "light jaws" to "heavy jaws" and is composed of SK parts.
This clutch with heavy jaws was developed during motorcycle production in Kolárov for smoother and more complete second gear shifting.

Package contents:
- 1x set of shifter jaws

- 1x washer (to limit the clearance of the inner driver)
This set is assembled as shown in the photo. The following parts that can be used from the original clutch are not included: shift drum, support plate, shift shoe cover and nuts.
We recommend replacing the oil seal in the 28x38x7 gearshift drum. Cleaning and degreasing the friction surface of the drum.
The shift jaws are adjusted and ground on the jig to the basic diameter of the shift drum. You insert this set into the shift drum, place the ring washer, the ring and the thick spacer ring, the inner carrier, the washer (this washer in the bag is used only if the clearance of the inner carrier is small), the support plate and the shift jaw cover on the output shaft in the correct order. Secure everything with a nut and you can drive off.
