Resonance kit end cap for original exhaust Pionýr 05,20,21,23

Resonance kit end cap designed for installation into the original beveled exhaust of Jawa 50 Pionýr motorcycles. This part serves to fix the trip pipe, cone and damping wadding inside the exhaust, thus preventing unwanted movement of internal components. The system allows you to maximize the potential of the original exhaust, which is ideal especially for modified cylinders, while the original appearance of the machine is preserved from the outside.

The trip unit is secured by tightening the M6 screw at the bottom of the tailpiece. The tailpiece itself is attached to the exhaust casing using an M5 screw from the rear, which requires drilling a hole into the exhaust body. The part is intended exclusively for empty tapered exhausts (not compatible with the "cigar" type). Other separate components can be purchased for this tailpiece, such as resonance cones of various lengths or trip units.
