Simson 70 cc cylinder with Nikasil coating - MZA - set

Simson 70 cc cylinder for S51, S70, SR80 models with Nikasil coating from the manufacturer MZA in a complete set. The cylinder does not have a cast iron liner, it is replaced by a nickel-silicon-carbide Nikasil coating applied directly to the cylinder, which is used in modern racing engines. It ensures better sliding properties, better heat dissipation, high mileage, lower weight and short running-in time. The channel transitions are modified to improve performance. Before installing the piston, check the piston ring gap (the prescribed gap is approximately 0.2–0.3 mm).
