The book Pioneer Jawa 50 - from motorcycle to Mustang

The sixth volume of the series Motorcycles of Považské strojární brings a comprehensive story of the iconic Jawa 50 motorcycle. The book maps the entire development line from the initial motorcycle J-359 through types 550 and 555 to models 05, 20, 21 and the legendary J-23 Mustang. Author Zdeno Metzker Sr. offers information directly from the design office, thereby setting a number of myths and legends straight. Readers will find previously unpublished documentation with signatures of the original creators, views of the production and assembly halls and details about the transfer of production from Prague to Považská Bystrica.

The text deals in detail with technical innovations, unrealized prototypes and export versions with specific electrical equipment.
