The book maps the complex development and production of scooters at Považské strojírny, focusing on models with a displacement of up to 125 cm³. The publication offers chronologically arranged design details, technical data and drawing documentation that have not been published in other titles. The author Zdeno Metzker Sr. draws on his own experience and the company archive, thanks to which the text also contains non-public information about problems in production and unflattering contemporary opinions of designers. Readers will learn about the work of development teams, the history of the scooter category in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and abroad, and technical details such as the pairing of crank mechanisms or the solution of complex electrical installations. It also includes chapters on sports modifications, long-distance rides, prototypes with a variator drive, and practical advice for renovations and maintenance in the workshop and on the road.
