42 tooth rosette ring ČZ 125 B, T (thickness 5mm)

Replacing the rosette wreath:

• The old ring gear (gear) must be tapped off at the joint and the surface is rolled to the size with an overlap for pressing the new ring gear. The new ring gear is pressed on (the overlap must not be large, so that the ring gear does not crack or deform), it is settled and aligned so that it does not wobble and runs nicely in the axis and it is tapped in 3-4 places with a welding machine. Replacing the gear is not easy and it is necessary for an experienced person to perform the replacement.

This is a cut-out, the ring has a reinforced tooth tip - for greater stress. Before use, it is necessary to deburr the edges of the teeth.
