  1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided to it or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.
  2. The controller processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

Legal reason and purpose of processing personal data

  1. The legal reason for processing personal data is
  • performance of the contract between you and the administrator pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

  • processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the administrator; When placing an order, personal data is required that is necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data, the contract cannot be concluded or fulfilled by the controller.
  • special categories of data pursuant to Article 9 GDPR, in particular the sending of commercial communications (newsletter) pursuant to GDPR (Article 4 point 11 and Article 7 GDPR)

IV.
Data retention period

  1. The controller stores personal data
  • for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and our company, and according to the legislation of the European Union and the Czech Republic.
  • In case of consent to sending commercial communications, the email will be stored for 5 years.
  1. After the expiry of the personal data retention period, the controller will delete the personal data.

Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)

  • the right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR.
  • the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller specified in Art. III of these terms and conditions.

Terms of personal data security

  1. The Administrator declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
  2. The Administrator has taken technical measures to secure data storage and personal data storage in paper form.
  3. The Administrator declares that only persons authorized by him have access to personal data.

According to the Sales Records Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer.

At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, no later than within 48 hours.
