Complaints procedure

Each product is covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months, except for products for which the warranty period is extended and these products are marked with an extended warranty. The warranty applies to all apparent and hidden defects of the product that are incompatible with the functionality of the product, its useful and aesthetic properties. The buyer is obliged to inspect the product without undue delay after its receipt, which is understood as the handover of the product by the carrier to the customer. When making a complaint about the purchased product, the customer can contact the authorized service centers of the manufacturer directly. This step significantly shortens the complaint period and significantly speeds up the entire complaint process. Proof of purchase, delivery note and warranty card are required for this complaint.

Another option is to send the purchased goods to the seller and submit all the documents that were handed over to him by the seller as part of the processing of the order for the claimed goods, i.e. the delivery note and the warranty certificate. Furthermore, if the buyer returns defective goods to the seller, it is necessary to return them complete in the same way as they were received from the seller. Information about the progress of the complaint is sent in the form of e-mail messages to the address provided by the buyer. The operator's complaint address is the same as its establishment. The buyer can send the defective goods for complaint by shipping service - at his own expense - to the address of the establishment.

The package must be visibly marked "COMPLAINT" and contain: The claimed goods (including complete accessories), a copy of the purchase receipt, delivery receipt, warranty card, detailed description of the defect and sufficient contact details of the buyer (return address, phone number, e-mail). Goods sent at the operator's expense will not be accepted. The return journey (after the settlement of a justified complaint) is paid by the operator. In the event of an unjustified complaint, the buyer will be charged a handling fee according to the current price list and the goods will be sent to the buyer's specified address at the buyer's expense and risk. Depending on the type of defect and under the conditions set out in generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code and Act No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code, as amended and supplemented, the buyer has the option in the event of a complaint to demand, in particular, that the defective goods be repaired or replaced with new goods. In the event of an unjustified complaint, the customer shall pay the costs incurred by the operator in claiming the goods. The seller does not assume liability for damage resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties and damage from improper use of the products, as well as damage caused by external events and incorrect handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty provided.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by poor operation, unprofessional or inappropriate handling, use and installation that are contrary to the user manual, or damage caused by overvoltage in the distribution network. The warranty also does not cover damage to the device due to excessive mechanical wear.

The warranty does not apply to wear and tear of the item caused by its normal use. For items sold at a lower price, the warranty does not apply to defects for which the lower price was negotiated.

The warranty does not apply to goods with broken protective seals, information stickers, serial numbers, etc.

The warranty also does not apply to damage caused by: mechanical damage to the goods, electrical surges (visibly burnt components or printed circuit boards), use of the goods in conditions that do not correspond to the temperature, dustiness, humidity, chemical and mechanical influences of an office environment, unprofessional installation, handling, operation, or neglect of care for the goods, goods damaged by excessive loading or use contrary to the conditions specified in the documentation or general principles, goods that have been modified by the customer (painting, bending, etc.), goods damaged by natural elements or force majeure.

Possibility of withdrawal from the contract - Cancellation of the order by the buyer The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. in accordance with Act No. 367/2000 of 14 September 2000.

According to the Sales Records Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer.

At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, no later than within 48 hours.
