This ignition can be used in all Babett engines and replaces the original without any modifications to the engine. It has a 6V 20W light circuit, which means you can use the original bulbs.
The voltage stabilizer included in the kit is easy to connect:

Mounting the Stabilizer: The Stabilizer has a metal base with a D6 diameter hole that must be grounded. It is best to screw the stabilizer to the motorcycle frame (under the tank).

Connecting the lighting circuit: The free end of the stabilizer is connected to the lighting circuit using a clamp. Insert the yellow wire that leads from the ignition into the through hole of the clamp, and connect the yellow wire from the stabilizer to the non-through hole. It doesn't matter which yellow wire you use.
Attention: If the lights are turned off for a long time and all the current goes to the stabilizer, it can be damaged.
Recommendation: Connect the lights directly. The lights do not affect the power of the spark in any way, even so it is necessary to keep the light on. Connect one yellow wire to the rear light and the other to the front. If you have a switch in the lighting circuit, we recommend bridging it.
