Connecting rod after renovation Jawa 250 Pérák

This is an original connecting rod that we had professionally renovated.

Renovation of the connecting rod takes place as follows:

For the connecting rod, the upper bushing is replaced with reaming to the dimensions of the piston pin bearing 15H7, the reaming is parallel to the lower eye, that means if you have a cut in the axis, there is no need to angle the connecting rod.

The connecting rod bearing is completely new, the ring and pin are heat treated and ground to size. The rollers are replaced by a needle cage.
