Connecting rods after renovation ČZ 175, 250 type 450, 455

Renovated original connecting rod designed for ČZ motorcycles. During the renovation, all key parts are professionally replaced and repaired:

• The upper bronze bushing is replaced with a new one and precisely reamed to the piston pin dimension in tolerance H7 .
• The connecting rod bearing is completely new - it includes a new pin, needle cage and steel ring, which is firmly seated in the connecting rod.
• The pin and ring are heat treated and precisely ground to the required size.
• The connecting rod is designed for a Ø18 mm piston pin.
