Contactless Ignition Stadium

Contactless ignition is designed for Stadion S1, S11, S22 and Jaweta motorcycles. Installation is very simple and does not require any modifications to the engine.

The light output is 6V 20W, which is sufficient to power the lights. The main advantage is maintenance-free operation. Thanks to the lower weight of the rotor, the engine also gets better acceleration. Motor adjustment is easy thanks to the markings on the rotor and stator, which is especially appreciated by owners of racing machines.

The package includes detailed assembly instructions. The manufacturer is the Czech company VAPE.

Connecting the voltage stabilizer: The voltage stabilizer included in the kit is easy to connect:

1. Mounting the Stabilizer: The Stabilizer has a metal base with a D6 diameter hole that must be grounded. It is best to screw the stabilizer to the motorcycle frame.

2. Connecting the lighting circuit: The free end of the stabilizer is connected to the lighting circuit using a clamp. Insert the yellow wire that leads from the ignition into the through hole of the clamp, and connect the yellow wire from the stabilizer to the non-through hole. It doesn't matter which yellow wire you use.

Attention: If the lights are turned off for a long time and all the current goes to the stabilizer, it can be damaged.

Recommendation: Connect the lights directly. The lights do not affect the strength of the spark, so it is still necessary to light it. Connect one yellow wire to the rear light and the other to the front. If you have a switch in the lighting circuit, we recommend bridging it.
