Contactless ignition Stadium - outdoor rotor

Contactless ignition for Stadion S11, S22 and Jawetta motorcycles has a light output of 6V 20W. The manufacturer is a Czech company, Vape, which supplies a set containing a rotor, stator, wiring for ignition and an induction coil.

This type of ignition has a large rotor with a weight corresponding to the original Stadion ignition, which preserves the engine's original characteristics and gives it a regular and quiet operation.

Installation is very simple and does not require any modifications to the engine.

Connecting the voltage stabilizer: The voltage stabilizer in the set is easy to connect:

1. Mounting the Stabilizer: The Stabilizer has a metal base with a D6 diameter hole that must be grounded. Ideally, attach the stabilizer to the motorcycle frame.

2. Connecting the lighting circuit: Connect the free end of the stabilizer to the lighting circuit using a clamp. Insert the yellow wire from the ignition into the through hole of the clamp, and connect the yellow wire from the stabilizer to the non-through hole. It doesn't matter which yellow wire you use.

Attention: If the lights are off for a long time and all the current goes to the stabilizer, it can be damaged.

Recommendation: Connect the lights directly. The lights do not affect the strength of the spark and must always be lit. Connect one yellow wire to the rear light and the other to the front. If there is a switch in the lighting circuit, we recommend bridging it.
