Crankshaft ČZ 175/477 - without oilmaster

This crankshaft is new, basically original for 487, modified for 477 engines where an oil pump is not used (mounted) and the piston is on a D16 piston pin.

The connecting rod is located in a needle cage and the piston pin is located in needles (this can be replaced with a 16x20x20 cage).

The crankshaft has additional relief holes compared to 477 (hence the different appearance) due to the full connecting rod journal (to maintain crank balance).

Lubrication of the connecting rod bearing is through a slotted connecting rod as in all other modern engines. The original lubrication in the 477 was through a hole in the hollow connecting rod pin which proved to be insufficient for the more powerful engines.
