The 6V 75W regulator is originally manufactured by Pal Kroměříž.

The mechanical regulator is a classic that has been in production for a long time, it is most often bought by experienced bikers who need to make changes to the current regulation. The polarity is not specified for this relay.

The assembly procedure for connecting the box relay 6V 75W to the dynamo is as follows: after removing the old relay from the dynamo, we prepare the terminal board for connecting the box relay as follows:

1. I will mark the first connection to the dynamo, the wire from the stator winding and the wire from the resistance coil on the terminal block M. I will remove this resistance coil from the dynamo. From this connection I will lead a wire to the relay and mark it M.

2. I will mark the second connection to the dynamo, the second wire from the stator winding, the carbon wire on terminal block D (former contact 61). I take the cable to the relay from the terminal block and mark it D. After this modification, I have 2 wires (M and D) going from the dynamo to the relay.

3. I drag the wire from the electrical bundle that led to contact 61 to the relay and mark it D.

4. I will drag the wire under constant voltage that led to contact 51 to the relay and mark it B. After this adjustment, I have two wires labeled (D and B) coming from the bundle. Now I have the following number of wires for the relay: D - 2x, M - 1x, B - 1x. Exactly according to the markings, I will connect them to the contacts on the relay, which are marked the same as D, M, B.

It is important to have the relay well grounded, I personally install a wire under the screw holding the relay, which leads to the battery ground.
