Due to the production outage of Hungarian pistons, a Czech piston may be used for your grinding. This may lead to an increase in the resulting price .

If you do not agree with this procedure, please provide your own piston together with the cylinder. Otherwise, if the Hungarian version is unavailable, the Czech piston will automatically be used.

We will perform the grinding on the cylinder that you send us.

The complete cut includes:

1x EU piston set (piston, piston rings, piston pin, seals) if you choose a CZ piston set, the total price will change.

1x grinding of the cylinder itself.

If your cylinder is more worn or has a groove and needs to be reground to a higher grind, a 50% surcharge will be charged.

The price of the cut does not include the shipping cost!!!!

If your cylinder is heavily soiled with oil and dirt, it will be necessary to wash it first so that it does not contaminate the honing machine emulsion. You will pay 150 CZK more for this preparation!!

You can also order water blasting for this cylinder, which will restore the cylinder to its original appearance.

Before installing the cylinder into the engine, it is necessary to deburr the edges of the channels and rinse the cylinder from the emulsion. Rotate the piston correctly (with the arrow towards the exhaust), adjust the clearance in the piston ring lock and smooth the edge of the piston pin before installing it into the piston so that it slides nicely into the piston and does not pick up chips.

The parts we supply for the grinding are made according to the selected piston set. We use these parts ourselves in the service. You can send us the cylinder by mail to the address below, we always ask you to include your telephone number so that we can contact you with more detailed information about the grinding.

Cutting time:

The cutting process usually takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on when the cylinder arrives. We deliver the cylinders on regular dates every two weeks.

Simply put:

• If the cylinder arrives shortly before our deadline, it can be finished faster.
• If he arrives just after the deadline, he will have to wait for another one, which will extend the time.

It is possible to combine an order from the e-shop to save on postage, but it is necessary to arrange this in advance by email or by phone. However, the cylinder cannot be sent with fragile or otherwise bulky goods.
