Complete connecting rod ČZ 125/476, ČZ 175/477 - 1st type - CZ

This is a new original connecting rod manufactured by ČZ Strakonice, which is adapted to ČZ 125/476 and ČZ 175/477 engines by replacing the connecting rod pin, which must be hollow. The connecting rod bearing is fitted with a silver needle cage and the piston pin bearing is loosely mounted on the pins with attachments that are part of the connecting rod. Those who are afraid of installing loose needles can purchase "Bearing (needle cage) piston pin Jawa 350/ 634, 638, ČZ" on our e-shop, which is 16 x 20 x 20 and is assembled without attachments. The piston pin is fitted in the connecting rod D16 x 50, if you are going to mount it up to 125 cc, you need to purchase a D16 x 44 piston pin.

All other parts of this connecting rod are original.

The 1st type of connecting rod used on these engines was for a D18 piston pin bushing and the lower connecting rod pin was 21.9mm press diameter

The 2nd type of connecting rod was already with pins for the piston pin D16 and the lower connecting rod pin with a pressing diameter of 22.00 mm.
