Repair of your crankshaft - Pionýr 05 (2 type) - new connecting rod

Repairing your crankshaft includes replacing the connecting rod with a new one, replacing both flywheel pins, pressing and centering work. If the flywheel pins are in perfect, undamaged condition, we can keep them by agreement.

We use CKR connecting rods with a needle cage for the piston pin, which have proven their quality and durability. The connecting rod has a needle cage for the piston pin D14.1 mm like the original connecting rods.

We DO NOT make a crankshaft for the Pionýr 05 engine (1st type) because it is not financially worthwhile.

If you have no experience with crankshaft damage, I recommend consulting your repair by phone, or taking a photo and writing an email.

We recommend sending the crankshaft in a reinforced box, where it will be securely fixed against movement. The most effective method is to use cardboard from the box. If the part is not packed according to this recommendation, we are not responsible for any damage during transport. For large crankshafts (two-cylinder), we recommend personal collection after repair, as they can fall apart due to their own weight when tapped.

After the repair, we will send the part back to you in the same box. The price of the crankshaft repair DOES NOT INCLUDE the cost of its shipping .

Repair completion date:

The repair of a crankshaft usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the date the crankshaft is delivered to us and the extent of the damage. For small orders, it is possible to combine it with another service (e.g. cylinder grinding) or purchase from our e-shop for a single shipping fee. However, this must be agreed in advance.

Final note:

It is important to remember that the crankshaft is the heart of the engine and to treat it accordingly.

Even when disassembling the engine, if you hit it with a hammer, its alignment and strength can be damaged so much that we cannot get it into ideal condition during repair.

Also, when folding, it is necessary to follow a professional manual or experience.
