Simson exhaust repair thread

The nut has an internal thread plus 0.5 mm, it is slightly tapered to better taper and bite

Recommended installation:

1. clean and prepare the thread on the cylinder, if this repair nut cannot be screwed onto the first thread, then it is necessary to make a needle file.

2. It worked best for us to heat the nut on the cooker, cool the cylinder as far as possible and then quickly screw until the nut bites on the thread or stop.

3. securing the nut with glue and someone pinning it, someone will leave it as he manages to tighten it to the end.
