The cylinder for the Simson S70, SR80 engine has 4 intake channels and 1 exhaust channel, which is tuned to deliver more power than the standard one without further modifications.
The cylinder mouth, intake is adjusted to a diameter of D19 mm and the exhaust gas outlet to a diameter of D28. It can be used instead of a standard 70 cc cylinder without further modifications.
Engine block liner diameter: 50.00 mm
The package includes:
- Cylinder - 1 pc. bore 45.00 mm, manufacturer ALMOT
- Piston - MEGU MZA - 1 pc.
- Piston pin 12mm - 1 pc.
- Piston ring - 2 pcs.
- Piston pin retainer D12 - 2 pcs.
- Cylinder seal - 1 pc.
- Damping rubber - 4 pcs.
The distributor provided us with a table of engine power measurements on a dynamometer in combination with VAPE ignition, BVF 19N1 carburetor and standard D32 exhaust system.
Tuning an engine to such performance requires sufficient experience and expertise in adjusting all components.
