Cylinder liner 70 cc - semi-finished product

The cylinder liner is primarily intended for Simson S70 engines, it does NOT have any holes. It is most often used for cylinder modifications to improve engine performance (Tuning) on various other motorcycles. The liner is intended for piston sets from D45 mm.

This part requires professional knowledge and experience for assembly.

The outer diameter of the insert is machined to the basic dimension, the inner diameter is only roughened and it is necessary to have it machined (ground) after installing the insert in the cylinder, as it shrinks and deforms according to the inner hole of the cylinder.
