This mat is used for the Simson S51 and SR 50 (scooter) motorcycle.
The size is 17x27x2 mm.
This washer is slid onto the rosette pin between the rosette bearing and the rosette plastic cover.
If it is not there, the inner ring of the bearing is pressed into the plastic cover and the rosette keeps coming loose.
