Grinding of your cylinder Jawa/ČZ 175 pin D16 - complete

This sharpening is intended for Jawa/ČZ 175 engines fitted with a connecting rod for a D16 piston pin!

We will perform the grinding for you on the cylinder that you send us.

Complete grinding includes:

1x piston set CZ for piston pin D16

1x grinding of the cylinder itself.

If your cylinder is more worn, or there is a groove and it is necessary to re-grind it to another and higher grind, a surcharge of 50% is charged.

The price of the finish does not include the price for shipping!!!!

If your roller is heavily soiled with deposits of oil and dirt, it will be necessary to wash it first so that it does not contaminate the emulsion of the honing machine, you will pay CZK 150 more for this pre-preparation!!

For this cylinder, you can also order the surface treatment of the cylinder by painting , which will return the cylinder to its original appearance.

Before installing the cylinder in the engine, it is necessary to iron the edges of the channels and rinse the cylinder from the emulsion. Turn the piston correctly (arrow to the exhaust), adjust the clearance in the piston ring lock and smooth the edge of the piston pin before inserting it into the piston so that it slides nicely into the piston and does not take a chip.

The parts that we supply for grinding are made according to the selected piston set. We use these parts ourselves in the service. Finishing time:

It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to make the finish, depending on when the cylinder arrives. We hand over cylinders at regular intervals every two weeks.

Simply put:

• If the cylinder arrives shortly before our deadline, it can be finished faster.
• If it arrives just after the deadline, it will have to wait for another one, which will increase the time.

It is possible to merge with an order from the e-shop in order to save on postage, it is necessary to make an agreement in advance by email or by phone. However, the cylinder cannot be sent with fragile and otherwise bulky goods.
